•  Ages 18 and older
• Body mass index of at least 27
• Stable treatment of T2D (either diet/exercise or up to 3 oral medications.

• At least 18 years of age
• Laboratory-confirmed active COVID Infection within 3 days of you first visit
• At least one COVID-190-related symptom(e.g. Cough, Sore throat, headache, etc..)

• Current or former Smoker
• 40 years of age or more
• Have had COPD for at least 12 months
• Currently receiving treatment for COPD

Patients with Chronic Rhino-sinusitis who have had a prior Ethmoidectomy 

• Participants 18 years and older
• Participant has had a prior bilateral total ethmoidectomy
• Has two or more of the following:

1. nasal blockage/obstruction/congestion
2. nasal discharge 
3. facial pain/pressure
4. reduction/loss of sense of smell
